Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using 530e's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 530e platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 530e as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • Each individual may only hold one active account at any given time.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full 530e experience, you'll need to register an account by providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring all registration details are truthful and kept current should any changes occur.

Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
  • All activity that occurs through your account, whether with or without your knowledge, is your sole responsibility.
  • You must notify 530e immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
  • The use of automated software, bots, or any non-human method to access the platform is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

  • Users may not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
  • Users must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or exploit any part of the platform's systems or infrastructure.
  • Users are prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring account ownership, or allowing third parties to access their accounts.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 530e platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through platform-supported payment methods, including DuitNow, local bank transfers, and approved eWallets.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are legitimately yours and not derived from any unlawful activity.
  • Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using unverified payment methods may result in your account being suspended.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to platform policies, which may change from time to time.
  • 530e reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for identity verification or compliance purposes.
  • Completed transactions cannot be reversed by users unless a technical error has been confirmed by the platform.

Liability Limitations & Account Suspension Policy

Liability Limitations

530e is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
  • Losses arising from game outcomes or betting decisions made by the user.
  • Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
  • Data damage or loss resulting from improper or unauthorised use of the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

530e reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

  • The user is found to have violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misconduct, or money laundering.
  • The user provided false or misleading information during registration or when updating their account.
  • The user engages in behaviour that compromises the integrity of the platform or other users.

In the event of a verified account closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be processed in accordance with established procedures, subject to any required investigations.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 530e platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and page layouts, is the property of 530e or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
  • The 530e brand name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without our express written permission.

The 530e platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services, provided solely for your convenience. 530e is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

530e reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
